Payment Processing

All banking details will be securely processed and stored by Paystack in accordance with South African banking laws and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Payments will be debited from the account provided on the 28th of every month going forward.

Debit Order Instructions

I/We hereby authorise Cutting Edge Digital (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiary”) to issue and deliver payment instructions to my/our bank via Paystack for the collection of all total invoices due at the end of each month.

Amount: Variable – equal to total invoices due at month-end
Frequency: Monthly
Debit Date: 28th of each month

Once-off Admin Fee

A once-off R5 (five rand) unless existing customer with monthly hosting. If not the R5.00 will be debited from Your account to set up your profile. This fee is non-refundable and will be used for administrative purposes.

Conditions of the Authority

Electronic Authority – This authority may be accepted and processed by my bank even if signed electronically and without verification of my signature.

Variable Amount – I understand that the amount debited will vary monthly based on total invoices due at month-end.

Amendments – I may cancel this authority by giving the Beneficiary 30 days’ written notice, but such cancellation will not cancel my contractual obligations.

Dispute – I may dispute any debit order and instruct my bank to reverse it within 40 days if it was unauthorised or incorrect.

POPIA Compliance – My personal information will be processed solely for debit order and invoicing purposes and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Payer Consent & Declaration

I confirm that:

The account details I have supplied to Paystack are correct.

I have the necessary authority to operate the account.

I understand and accept that all amounts due as per invoices at month-end will be collected on the 28th of each month.
